Georgie is looking for a home! She's 2 1/2 years old and a sweet girl. She likes to stash stuffed animals and bury in big soft blankets to sleep. She needs to go to a home with another ferret.She's eating Wysong Epigen Digestive Support and Stella & Chewy's freeze dried raw, both excellent foods.She's a timid girl, so probably not good around young children or other pets that may bother her.She has the beginning of adrenal disease. This is common in ferrets and not usually a cause of death if treated regularly. She's received a melatonin implant as treatment, which lasts four to six months and costs around $60. Otherwise healthy, spayed, descented, vaccinated for distemper and treated for heartworms, fleas, ear mites and intestinal parasites. Adoption fee $75. Second adoption fee reduced. Free single adoptions to veterans and human foster families.
