Ryia is a veery special girl. A kind person spotted her at a feral colony looking scared, hungry and pregnant right before a snow storm in December. Ryia was being attacked by the other cats in the colony. She wasn't afraid of the kind person, though. Ryia loves her humans. But, after her trauma of being outdoors and getting attacked, she is not fond of other cats and is afraid of dogs. She is affectionate and playful after she feels safe. Now that she has had her babies and they have all been adopted into their forever homes, it's time for Ryia to find hers! Ryia was born around January 6, 2023 and is currently being fostered in Thomaston. She is fixed, is up-to-date on shots, is microchipped and tested neg for FIV/FeLV*. All of our cats and kittens are cared for in loving foster homes. "Meet and greets" can be arranged only after an application has been submitted and approved. Applications for adoption can be found at https://www.fosterandforever.org/ Our volunteers do their best to respond within 24 - 48 hrs. May 16, 2024, 8:12 amAdoption processThe first step in our adoption process is for you to fill out an adoption application which can be found on our website, www.fosterandforever.org. If all is well on your application, we will contact you about setting up a home visit by one of our staff members. ****Please give your vet permission to release information to us as we check references. The adoption fee for our cats covers the cost of spaying/neutering, age appropriate routine vaccinations, deworming, snap test, and flea preventive treatment. Some of our older cats are at a reduced price in order to encourage placement in a permanent home. Thank you for your interest in adopting from Foster and Forever Pet Rescue!
