History: -Previous owner got him as a puppy from a shelter a year ago.-I recently got him from his previous owner a few days ago. -Previous owner's reasons for rehoming were that he didn't think he was providing him enough exercise and his work/classes were making it extra difficult. Pros-Affectionate (loves pets, hugs, most of all cuddles)-Social; friendly with people, other dogs, (cats not sure)Cons-Extremely clingy (needs sleep pal)-High exercise needs-Needs leash training (52 lbs muscle pulling towards scents) After months of consideration, research, and taking off a week from work (and modifying my schedule) for him to adapt, I thought I was ready but I'm overwhelmed. I know it's a lot of asks but I won't consider anyone who doesn't have at least the following:1. Has actual experience with Pointers (English, German-shorthaired) or Vizslas2. Has a yard he can run and stretch in3. Works from home4. Not experiencing or anticipating life, work, or emotional invents
