Coco is the sweetest little girl. She makes a chirping sound and comes running when you call her name. She loves to sit next to you on the couch and get scratchies behind her ears and full body pets. Coco is a calm, gentle girl. She is good with kids. She enjoys her catnip-filled fish toy. She loves, LOVES wet food and kitty treats. She uses her litter box every time and enjoys her scratch post. Now let’s talk about how beautiful this girl is. She is a medium haired, tortie. Quite a rare beauty. Basically if you’re looking for the full-package, look no further, Coco is the purr-fect kitty. Coco also has quite the exciting tale. Coco & her young babies were living on the the streets of KY, where they were found and surreneded to an animal shelter. She and her babies traveled to WI in January 2024 and have been fostered by Rescue Outreach. Coco's foster mama noticed that she was putting on some healthy weight...and then she started putting on some extra weight in the mid-section. Had she come to WI with stowaways in her belly...???...YES, that is exactly what happened! When it came time for Coco's scheduled spay in March of 2024, we did an x-ray first and confirmed that Coco was pregnant, again! (Fun Fact, cats can get pregnant 2 weeks after delivering babies. Spay & Neuter your pets!!). This poor girl was about to have her 2nd litter of kittens just a couple months after having her first litter of kittens. Coco has done another beautiful job raising this 2nd litter of kittens and now it is time for this mama to retire from parenthood and get to live her best life ever as a spoiled house cat. Her foster family has grown quite attached to her and knows she will make the best pet for a lucky family. She is truly a companion kitty, she's chatty, loves being spoiled with pets, plays silly games with toys and politely sleeps at the foot of the bed each night. Animal is fostered in Menomonee Falls and able to go home after 5/21/2024 She is scheduled for alteration on 5/21/2024. If adopted prior to this date, adopter will sign an alteration contract and submit a $100 reimbursable deposit at the time of alteration. We ask that the deposit be in the form of a CHECK. Adopter will be expected to bring the animal to this surgery appointment on day, time and at location scheduled. If the adopter fails to bring to date of surgery, the deposit will NOT be refunded. We value the time our Veterinarian's provide us. We are charged a fee for cancellations or no show appointments. Missed appointments also delay care that other animals could be receiving. PLEASE NOTE- puppies and kittens may need to complete vaccination schedule depending on age at time of adoption. Dewormed All breeds are best guess from veterinarian based on physical exam. All animals come from high kill shelters with poor access to resources. Once they arrive to our rescue they are quarantined for health purposes and spoiled in loving foster homes until their forever home is found! All of our adoptable animals are kept in loving foster homes until their FUREVER family finds them! All of our foster homes have demonstrated they have what it takes to love an animal and ensure their adopter is an excellent fit. Our fosters are volunteers who open their hearts and their homes to shelter animals embarking on their journey of a second chance.
